In 2019, I didn’t even know what Penile cancer was. But over the last year or so it’s been a huge part of my life. I’ve been overwhelmed by the support and interest that people have shown in my journey, so I thought I’d share it with the world!

I’m a father of two and a husband of one. I’m a real life giant, and I live in the English Home Counties. (for anyone outside England, that’s the leafy bit outside London)

I grew up in a small, industrial, east coast port town. Despite having a wonderful childhood, I ran away to London as soon as I could to work in the city. There, I met some incredible people, including my wife, and that changed my world.

I’m a super nerd, a numbers man, a techie, an engineer and a bit of a hacker. I’m very fortunate that my work has taken me all over the globe.

I have a deep passion for building things that make other’s lives easier, and changing things to make them better.

When I’m not leading my own businesses, I’m working on start ups or scale ups, and I’m an advisor too, sitting on the boards of wonderful organisations doing incredible things.

It’s fair to say that cancer hits you like a train, and nobody is ever prepared for it.

But if my experiences can help someone else, that would be an incredible thing. I love to talk about my journey with cancer, be that through writing, podcasts, TV or radio – so just drop an email to bookmy@knob.blog
